Would love to see either Hazard or Elliott win it

I hope Elliott win's it all, but they will not just waltz to the State final's! Shelby Valley and Hazard two teams I am familiar with are very tough. I am sure there are some more around the state that are very good as well!!!!!!!!!!

Although it would take a really, really, really, terrible game from Elliott to get knocked off in their regional(IMO), anything can happen!!!!!!!!!!:scared:

Hazard is 14th and Shelby Valley is 15th. 16th would meet 15th in the semis, and 14th in the finals.

 

 

They (providing both make it that far) have a potential game with Brossart in the quarterfinals. Thier defensive pressure could cause a problem.

Has anyone ever won the All A State Tourny and the Sweet 16?

 

I think Univ. Heights did it once.

The All "A" Classic was as good or better than the sweet 16 in the early to mid 90's. You had Harlan, Lex. Cath., and UHA. All three of these teams could play with anyone in the state @ that time. I am glad to see the All "A" getting back to having some very solid teams. This should be one of the best in recent years, with teams like Hazard, Elliot, and Shelby Valley.
