Eta Rho
Honestly, anything outside of the top 10 is a crap shoot and a case could be made for probably 15-20 more teams to fill the last 10 spots.
NkuRoyal31
Nice to see Mason Co move into the rankings, with Clark right behind them.
16thregionfan
After seeing JTown play, I dont know how Scott and Elliott are not in front of them.

I would agree, but the strength of this poll compared to others, seems to be their picks outside the top 5. I dont agree with the arrangement of the top, but top to bottom this poll is pretty good. Lion Mania
They are right were they need to be. I think #5 is perfect for them right now. I agree. #5 is SUPER. That is higher than I can recall them being ranked the last 40 years (about 1969). Before that someone would have to help me out. In fact, before they made the finals of the region three years ago I had only heard about Sandy Hook because singer Keith Whitley was from there. Certainly didn't think basketball team when someone said Sandy Hook or Elliott County before that time. That is some accomplishment for those kids to get that little school with absolutely no winning tradition to the #5 ranking in the state.
Log Mountain Boy
Like the poll, but surprised Franklin Co. not rated in top 20 I believe thats definitly a mistake. Franklin Co. IMO is probably right around 10. They are probably better than Dunbar.
Log Mountain Boy
Well I got a little free time so just for fun I'll rank the top 20. 1. Holmes 2. Scott Co. 3. Jeffersontown 4. Bryan Station 5. Eastern 6. Elliott Co. 7. Mason Co. 8. Ballard 9. Christian Co. 10.Franklin Co. 11. Dunbar 12. Male 13. Corbin 14. Clark Co. 15. LexCath 16. Madison Central 17. Shelby Valley 18. Anderson Co. 19. Warren Central 20. Knott Central I believe some teams like Hazard, Highlands, Trinity, and Seneca could really make some noise as well.

Well if your right about Elliott #6 and Mason #7 then we should have a barn burner in Sandy Hook on Feb. 10th:ylsuper:
