Glad he is staying at Holmes....I love to watch this kid play after watching him in the State Tourney last year.

As GT said, no specific schools were tied to the rumor, but many scouts and recruiters were projecting him at a prep school next year which rose the questions about whether or not he'd be at Holmes for his senior year.

Aren't you the one that initially said he would "enter college with the class of 2011"? That was the first I read of him possibly going to a prep school.

As I stated in my initial post, I spoke to the "source" and several close to the "source" which is why I decided to go ahead and post that the possibility of him going to prep school could be put to rest. I've had several ask me not only on here, but also scouts im friends with, about Pittman. Just wanted to clear some things up for the parties interested..

It's good to clear it up, we don't want false information out there about high school athletes.

I'd ask Gametime...he also heard it from those involved on the recruiting trail..

Not sure where it started, but I have heard it several times in asking about Pittman over the last few months.

 

The people close to the area say no, and the people on a national level keep bringing it up...

Good, hopefullly he can win Mr. Basketball, that would be sweet.

I think this might have been a lot of smoke and probably didnt have much validity. I've heard the AAU coach was throwing this story out there.
