January 2, 200917 yr My huskers kicked off the new year in style by winning their bowl game today. 2009 is cool by me so far hopefully it stays that way.
January 2, 200917 yr dont you have that florence freedom job coming? Yeah but that doesn't start until the end of April or beginning of May. Open tryouts for the public are April 27th but I will hopefully still be playing ball as of that point. My college World Series are from May 15-19. The Freedom season starts May 20th. Either way my pay is set for the summer and no matter when I start or how much I work (expected 16 hour days) I get paid the same. As great as he his on the field, he's an even better person. Can't wait for him to be honored at basketball senior night... I never got to meet him in person but from what I hear from people around UC is exactly what you just said. When he went ahead and played basketball to help the team when they needed it showed me he cares about his university and how they do. That means a lot to a fan... What happened there? I was hired on a seasonal basis and that ends Saturday. I was told that they are looking to find me a job in another part of FedEx but they can't guarantee me anything. If they can't find me a job they are going to put me at #1 on the list to call when a job becomes available. I know one of the home delivery drivers that has a lot of pull in the home delivery part of the operation and he told me he was going to do everything he could to get me hired on year round. So right now I am hoping to find out that I have a year round job either today or tomorrow morning. Other than that I am out of luck....and a job.
