Had a nice day , watched football with hubby and read my book.

After the holidays I generally hate just about everyone I encounter, and it's all their problem, not mine.

Is it just me or has some people reverted back to being "not nice" now that Santa has come and gone?

 

MrRk and I went shopping this afternoon and I decided to stop by this fabric store in Clarksville, Indiana. I found what I wanted but the first yard had wrinkles so bad I figured I'd never get them out. So when the woman started to cut the fabric I told her that I didn't want the first yard, because of the wrinkles and she went off one me. "All you have to do is iron them out". "Well, I replied, since I don't know how long that fabric has been laying there with those wrinkles in them, it might be really hard to iron them out". You would have thought that I had stolen her first born. She slammed down her sissors and just glared at me. At that point I made the decision that I wasn't leaving that store without that fabric and I wasn't leaving there with a yard of wrinkles. So we were at a stand off.........................I eventually won out but man was she one hateful woman.

 

and..................................I walked into a store and this young man was coming out.................I said, "excuse me"............I don't know why I said excuse me....I'm Catholic.....I feel quilty about everything so I say excuse me a lot.....................this young man turned around and said to me, "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME". I wanted to give him a mouth full for being so darn rude....but I just said.....I said excuse me. To which he dropped his head and turned around............without saying...excuse me to me...I might add........................the madder I get the more.....................................................I do.:lol::lol::lol:

Just take my outlook on everything.....they are all jerks untill they prove to me otherwise and the window for doing that is getting narrower all the time.

Most young men are jerks these days. There are quite a few who I'd like to punch right in the nose :lol:.

Saturday...At work our Dish Machine was not working right so I called the number of the place that owns the machine...I get a recording to leave a message and they will have someone to call me back...I get the return call about ten minutes later and it's the tech...I tell him whats wrong and I have done everything to try make this thing work...He reply's by saying He will get there when He can...I could hear in his voice that He was not to happy...

 

When he arrives I hear his brief case slam down by the machine...I go over to where he is working and tell him I tried to do what I could so He didn't have to get out...He would not speak to me...By then I was a little ticked myself...And had a few choice words for him as I walked away...When he was done He briefly look at me and said all done and walked out the door...

 

I was off today but I plan on calling to Company tomorrow and tell then I don't want this guy to come back...He is not the regular guy we have...Our Regular guy is a very nice guy...

 

 

One thing I can not stand is if I'm being a nice to you...You better not be nasty to me...I fight back...:fight:

Today I told this young man that he was 45 mintues late for his appointment and that he would not be seen. He started yelling at me and telling me that I was stupid....."it's 45 mintues late stupid not 2 hrs like you said". I waited until he was through with his little self and I again in a calm voice said, "You won't be seen today...I did not say 2 hrs...and I'm not the stupid one...I made it here on time and you didn't".

My dream situation would be if both MrRk and I could move back there but he still has quite a few years to go before he can retire.:cry::cry::cry: I enjoy living here but I really miss Danville (Boyle County)...people here just aren't as nice as they are at home.:irked:
