Impressive win for Holmes. Not to jinx them but this may be the year that the 9th gets it back.

Recap from LHL

Pittman, who made the Sweet 16 all-tournament team last season, finished with 25 points on 9-for-12 shooting, including back-to-back dunks that sealed the victory.

"He's got a chance to be special," Holmes Coach David Henley said. "He came on at the end of last year, and he keeps getting better."

I heard on the radio broadcast that Pitman had 4 dunks on 4 straight possesions, thats just filthy.:ylsuper::ylsuper:

This was an extremely impressive win for Holmes and a tremendous job of taking over the game

Holmes is the clear cut vote as #1 in KY if you ask me.

Hands down, no argument here

I think it was only two dunks tonight, and six last night for Pittman.

Morones had 24 points for Bryan Station.

Correct. Pittman had 6 against Ballard and had 2 dunks tonight on back to back possessions that put the game out of reach.

I guess 8 total in back to back games is ok.:D

I think Pittman may be the best big man in the state. It'd be tough for anyone to argue that he's not with the way he's performed since Scott Co game.

He looks very similar to Darius Miller of last year. He's been that dominant.

Holmes held BS to 27.9 from the field. Thats impressive. Henley is a great coach.

You will beat any team by doing that. Very impressive

Pittman also had 12 rebounds. Along with Pittman, Jeremiah Johnson and Jamel Riley made the all tourny Team.

Ricardo Johnson added 14 points and six rebounds in tonight's victory.

I think he is much more aggressive than Miller ever was. I like the energy that Pittman plays with, which Miller did not bring all the time in HS.

I agree, and he still has another year. This team will be even better once Feb. rolls around. The scary thing is they are the best team in the state and they don't have a lot of varsity experience like teams in the past. Holmes only returned 2 starters. [iMO] This only the beginning of whats to come from this young team.
