Some people might not agree with you but when you get thousands upon thousands who have worn the uniform it is bound to happen.

As funny as it might look in the program you Cant ever have too many coaches. Its a tribute to the program. I know there are some guys on staff who graduated from other NKY schools but they migrated to the FORT because they wanted to help a consistent state contender. In fact one of those coaches I heard turned down a paying position at another school just to volunteer for the Birds. If this is actually true that is AWESOME with a Capital A baby!!!

Turning down a paying job would not make a lot of sense but HHS is a great job. It looks good that you coach there. I would love to get that chance to coach with or under Dale. I love the kids he produces every year and don't ever seem to rebuild they just reload.:thumb:

You know, while y'all are on the coaching thing, I would like to see and I would think that the parents would like also is to have a true QB coach or someone that played QB come in and develop the QB"s throughout the season.

 

With Will Bardo coming in as the starter for next year and being a left handed QB, wouldn't it be good for his development to bring someone in that might know the tendencies of a left handed throwing QB. Say Jared Lorenzen. That is if he is available. Just a thought.

 

Not sure who the QB position coach is right now or even if they have one, which I pretty sure they don't, but it would be nice to see them add another. Don't worry LN, Gravedigger will agree with this one. He won't mind that extra coach even if it's #12

It does if you are a paraprofessional and already hold a full time job. Another school offers you a small stipend of lets say $2K or whatever the going rate is and they say no thanks Im good coaching state champions.
