They started fouling with around 2 minutes left, it just took a while to foul the 4 times necessary to get Corbin into the bonus as the Hounds were moving the ball pretty well.

Seemed like they went 30 seconds with under a minute left without fouling. I actually thought they had thrown in the towel......

The 13th region looks pretty interesting right now. Corbin, SL, KC, and Clay look to be the top 4 teams. Bell should be good by the 2nd half of the year. It will take them a while to get going. Anyways good win for Corbin.

How does Corbin and SL both compare to the other top 20 teams? I know Corbin is a VERY VERY good team and if they take care of business should be playing at Rupp in march, but playing way down in the 13th, teams like them sometimes get overlooked and don't receive as much "pub" as they deserve.

I think when Corbin plays team ball, they are a legit top 10-20 team. Big win for the Hounds.

 

I listened to the end of the game and the SL commentators were surprised that SL did not foul sooner, letting as much as 26 seconds tick away without a foul at one point.

I agree.

Corbin is the team to beat even though they lost to Knox. They are loaded with talent this season. M,boro, Clay, Bell, Knox, and South also have very good talent. This is a very good 13th region with 6 teams that could win the region if they got hot in March.
