December 17, 200817 yr Author I don't know how they'll react. They would no have no reason to hold a grudge against him, since he was not eligible for the NBA draft anyway. It's not like he snubbed them. I guess he could have played in the D-league, though. I wonder how the European teams compare to the elite D-1 college teams. I would say he is playing better competition than the D-league but he I assume he is just out there trying to get his and put up good numbers, not work on his game like he would in the D-League. The top tier European teams would smash any of the college teams.
December 17, 200817 yr I think I saw Rubio in the Olympics. He is fairly young, did not have much offensive game as I recall. Pretty good ball handler and passer. Not a super talent perhaps, but maybe good enough to go this high in this year's, relativlely weak draft.

Thats the only weakness he has really.

December 17, 200817 yr Jrue hasn't impressed me one bit. When I watched his AAU team I thought Jerime Anderson was the better player every time. I kept expecting to be wrong based on the rankings, and it never happened...

He has been playing the ACB league in Europe since he was 15 and thats the best league over there. You think Curry could have done what he did in the Olympics, I think not.
