Campbell County much the best team tonight, came out of the gate smokin' and put the Stangs away early.

It was an exciting game for the first half. Second half was dull!:sleep:

Honestly, IMO this was never an exciting game. CCHS dominated from the tip to opening score. There was never a doubt it was 19-11 in the first Q, and 28-14 at halftime. Sitting on the Brossart side the whole game, there was not much excitement to be found.

Campbell County was very, very good defensively in this game. Brossart could never get into any type of flow offensively. Brossart does not appear to be very deep. Very impressed with Campbell County!

Not Much excitement is correct. Brossart had a terrible shooting night.... Mich Patterson made the first 3 point goal for BB, but then they went 0-16 the rest of the game from 3 point range. Maybe if a couple of them fall it adds some excitement. But give CCHS credit... BB never got wide open looks. Everything was contested and BB was rushing shots. I dont know how many blocks CCHS has but it was a bunch.

I believe it could of been a lot higher score the Camels. Looked like Camels coach called off the dogs in the fourth, even took a kid out as soon as he put him for shooting a 3, a great deal of running the offense late in the game and not shooting the ball. :thumb:

Agree that Coach Code certainly didn't try to run up the score, but having your starters in the game until 1:05 in the 4th isn't exactly "calling off the dogs" either??

 

Dominating performance by the bigger, stronger Camels. Campbell has a very nice team with size, quickness, and shooting that appear to have finally bought into Coach Code's defensive minded philosophy!!

Great night for the Camels with all three teams beating Brossart. I heard the Brosssart fans saying that the Mustangs were afraid to shoot, not sure it was fear but relentless D by the Camels. Brossart seemed very intimitated by the strength and height of the Camels. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

Very surprised this game wasn't closer. I thought BB would be alot better this year. It is early thought.
