I thought the game changer was when Hatton was trapped in the backcourt and threw over the press to Robbie for the dunk! I thought that took MC's fans out of the game and really got CC charged!

 

I thought Hatton and Stenzel made some nice passes tonight.

Just got in from the game, The Cards are going to be a great team come march, I saw flashes tonight. The Indians played them pretty tough but certain stretches killed them down the stretch of the third and fourth quarters. A lot closer than many expected though.

Glad to hear Stenzel is back and played well tonight. Good job Cards! Keep it rolling!

 

Also glad to hear Robbie is healthy!

8 point game with Montgomery at the line for 1 and 1 with about 3 minutes to go. If the Indians could have cut it to 6 it might have been down to the wire. Instead, missed the front end - Stenzel with a bucket and a foul and the Indians are forced to foul and take bad 3's to try to come back.

 

Nice game for GRC. Stenzel and Rogers were pretty much unstopable. Hatton was solid as always. Zollo got the job done down low. Williams was a gnat and stayed in Rash's lap all night.

 

For the Indians, Robinson was the surprise hitting 5 three's. Rash was solid. Curtis made good plays and knocked down open shots. Good to see Crisp back from the ankle injury.

 

Always an intense game between the Indians and the Cards. Maybe this year GRC will win the regular season and Montgomery Co will win in March???????

Yes gald he is back. Travis Pervis was there last night in a wheel chair. He had his ACL surgery on Thursday. Droctors are saying it will take about 8 months before he can return to the hardwood.

Gold Sunrise: No problem with stats. Robbie was not in the starting lineup until the 14 minute mark of warmups. I guess they were waiting to see how he loosened up. He seemed to be okay on that dunk. It was close to a 10 second count when the cards saw him wide open. It was like football, QB was scrambling, safety gets out of position and receiver goes long.

You are so right on that. Hatton is always on the lookout for an open person and he found the wide receiver going long for a touchdown/dunk...lol

I have trouble believing that Robbie wasn't in the starting lineup till that late! I watched him practice Tuesday and he looked just fine alot of things that were said this week by people were just to keep MC on the edge of the seat so they wouldn't know what was really happening!

I thought this was a great game to watch and I am so excited to be a new member of BluegrassPreps. I saw alot of future college basketball players on the floor tonight in Rash and Hendrix from Montgomery County and Stenzel, Hatton, Zollo, and Rogers from Clark County always makes games like these very competitive and fun to watch.
