Too bad the game is not next week, and then I would agree with you. Now that both teams are off for a month, you will get the same results as you have the past few years. Somebody will blow the other team out. Too much time off will hurt one of these two teams.

Very likely true. And a shame if that happens, because they are clearly the top two teams in the country right now and both playing very well.

Lets here your top 4 then?

Still waiting.

Why Bama didn't drop more? Maybe they watched the game? We can still finish #2/3 Sooners/Gators will lose of course and if we win we move up.

Agreed. Bama lost to one of the hottest teams in the country in a great game. Just imagine how good Bama will be next year! Wow!!

Far from a joke...they went 12-1 with their only loss to Florida...

Not to mention they played Florida tough before losing by 11, when most everyone had crowned the Gators as the greatest college football team ever and basically declared they could name their score in this matchup.

I think Alabama's performance, even in a loss, earned them a lot of respect that they didn't have going in to that game. They should have had it, but for some reason they didn't.

The top 5 looks perfect to me. That's exactly how I'd rank them.
