December 24, 200817 yr Looks like there is gonna be a decent amount of participants in the Biggest Loser, hope the majority stay with it.
December 24, 200817 yr Author I think we'll take this monster up to 5,000 and then put a bullet in it. That is, if we make it there before the new year. But at the ridiculous pace you guys have been keeping this month, that shouldn't be a problem. Hell, you'll probably get there tonight!
December 24, 200817 yr I will be up there a great amount my last semester at NKU. Pretty sure you already know that I am. I see you their frequently, but you're working, not working out.
December 24, 200817 yr I do on occasion but It's so far out of the way from my job and house. I am going to PUMP, YOU UP!!!
December 24, 200817 yr I normally don't post in this thread but since BF mentioned something about a ridiculous pace I figured I could fuel the fire.:fire: Good night.
December 24, 200817 yr Pretty sure you already know that I am. I see you their frequently, but you're working, not working out. Yeah...work a decent amount up there. But, I am going to get back into the rythm that I was in last Spring. I honestly did very well getting the weight off, but then I quit and didn't continue eating good and it all came back.
December 24, 200817 yr Looks like there is gonna be a decent amount of participants in the Biggest Loser, hope the majority stay with it. Staying with it isn't the hard part, it's the discipline of actually following all the rules one sets for themselves, that's where it gets hard.
December 24, 200817 yr I am going to PUMP, YOU UP!!!:lol: I thought about working out with my manager but he's a freak and would kill me..
December 24, 200817 yr Yeah...work a decent amount up there. But, I am going to get back into the rythm that I was in last Spring. I honestly did very well getting the weight off, but then I quit and didn't continue eating good and it all came back. As long as I can stay away from soda I can lose the weight. I didn't drink a pop for 2 years and stayed at my playing weight, then started drinking it the last two months and gained 20 lbs..
December 24, 200817 yr Staying with it isn't the hard part, it's the discipline of actually following all the rules on sets for themselves, that's where it gets hard. Yeah...at least with my discipline, that goes hand in hand.

Well you know you can count on me being up there 4-5 days a week if you need someone to work out with. To be honest, when I felt the best was probably August to October, I was actually going and working out and then swimming laps for half an hour. Man that stuff will tear you up.
December 24, 200817 yr Yeah...when I was doing my best I would simply just run on the eliptical for about an hour and then shoot some ball about five days a week. That and eating good was all I did and probably all I will do this time too.
December 24, 200817 yr :lol: I thought about working out with my manager but he's a freak and would kill me.. I've hear that before, I'm not a freak, I just make sure we don't skip any muscle groups, we'll make you a well rounded gym rat.
December 24, 200817 yr lol so I'm basically physically inactive anymore, because work and school dominate my life. But I VOW to get on the eliptical during all my shows each night. YES.
