I think we'll take this monster up to 5,000 and then put a bullet in it. That is, if we make it there before the new year. But at the ridiculous pace you guys have been keeping this month, that shouldn't be a problem. Hell, you'll probably get there tonight! :rolleyes:

I will be up there a great amount my last semester at NKU.

Pretty sure you already know that I am. I see you their frequently, but you're working, not working out.

I do on occasion but It's so far out of the way from my job and house.

I am going to PUMP, YOU UP!!!

I normally don't post in this thread but since BF mentioned something about a ridiculous pace I figured I could fuel the fire.:fire:

Good night.

Yeah...work a decent amount up there. But, I am going to get back into the rythm that I was in last Spring. I honestly did very well getting the weight off, but then I quit and didn't continue eating good and it all came back.

Staying with it isn't the hard part, it's the discipline of actually following all the rules one sets for themselves, that's where it gets hard.

I thought about working out with my manager but he's a freak and would kill me..

As long as I can stay away from soda I can lose the weight. I didn't drink a pop for 2 years and stayed at my playing weight, then started drinking it the last two months and gained 20 lbs..

Yeah...at least with my discipline, that goes hand in hand.

Well you know you can count on me being up there 4-5 days a week if you need someone to work out with. To be honest, when I felt the best was probably August to October, I was actually going and working out and then swimming laps for half an hour. Man that stuff will tear you up.

Yeah...when I was doing my best I would simply just run on the eliptical for about an hour and then shoot some ball about five days a week. That and eating good was all I did and probably all I will do this time too.

:lol::lol:

I've hear that before, I'm not a freak, I just make sure we don't skip any muscle groups, we'll make you a well rounded gym rat.

I played ball down at UK everyday at 2. I was in the best shape of my life.

lol so I'm basically physically inactive anymore, because work and school dominate my life. But I VOW to get on the eliptical during all my shows each night. :) YES.
