I think the Tigers get it done in this mild upset.

Trivia Question for all: What do the Falcons program and Tiger program have as a common link, other than the Ft. Knox game this season?

Metcalfe?

Not sure if my hometown tigers can pull it off, but I gotta go with momma on this one. Go tigers!

Metcalfe?

Well, that, too.

What I was getting at was that Bardstown head coach David Clark's father was the head coach at Monroe County in the late 80's-early 90's.

I thought the answer was "they both fear the potential matchup with Danville in round 3"................:p

Why would anyone fear Danville this year???Have they ever been worse?

Sometimes tradition is intimidating enough to eek out a win. They weren't very good before Coach Harp took over.

I am shocked that Monroe Co. continues to get disrespected. I say the Falcons win this one by 2 tds.

Bardstown has very good athletes that could give Monroe alot of problems, especially on special teams and sweep plays. I can see Bardstown pulling out a win here.

They were awesome before Harp took over under Tom Duffy. Danville has been winning state titles for 4 decades.

I don't know who is disrespecting the Flacons, the poll is dead even, and all of the comments that talk about Bardstown winning have it "in an upset" or "eeking out a win." Clearly, Monroe Co. is the favorite.

Danville is always very good although this is not one of their better teams. I don't think anyone is going to be intimidated by them though, they will have to win it on the field which ever team they play. I believe Sam Clark was the first Monroe County coach after the consolidation. Monroe by 14.

They were 3A state champs 3 years before He took over...:thumb:

I pick Bardstown...
