Izzy is cheating on Karev with a dead guy???? What is going on? Hope this storyline dies soon because I am not a fan of all of this craziness.

 

At least the interns doing procedures on themselves is pretty funny.

 

Any other fans on here? What do you all have to say about the recent turn of events?

I'm a fan of the show, and not very happy with the way this season has gone so far. My guess is things will get better next week though.

Grey's is by far our favorite show here at the Ramblers. We have watched it from the begining of the series. I don't know what this Izzy/Denny thing is all about either. At first I had thought that his (Deny's) ghost and memory and answers were the man in for the heart transplant. In other words, that was Denny's message to Izzy that all was now o.k. and for her to move on. I was convinced of it untill she started making out with the ghost of Denny :confused:.LOL.

I hope that this storyline goes away soon, imo the show is too good for that kind of stuff.

I do like the new intern. "Who wants to stitch me up?" As far as the show, it's a little too soap opera.

Yeah I just said all this last night to FF. Its getting a bit cheesy. I mean seriously, Izzy is making out with a dead guy. I hope it gets better.

I had watched every Grey's up until this year, in fact, I used to plan my Thursday nights around watching it or recording it. After the 2 hour season premiere this year I said I was done watching and have not watched one episode since. Grey's usd to be my favorite show, but the this season and part of the last just has not been good. I plan on over Christmas Break starting from season 1 and enjoying the show Grey's used to be.

I agree with both, I do hope that this show can get back to some of the storylines it used to have. I will still watch however, like I said before we are hooked on it now. Hopefully this Izzy/dead Denny thing is leading to something that none of us can see right now and will get there....soon!

I don't watch the show but my girl friend watches it religously.

 

From the comments on here, it seems Grey's Anatomy may have run its course. As we've seen with other hospital drama shows, they can only last so long until they get so cheesy and ridiculous that no one will watch.

They simply can't, IMO. Every good show must come to an end, its just a matter of when it ends, before or after it gets bad. Take The O.C. for example, great show that should have ended after season 2, instead they made two more seasons of The O.C. which were a disaster. Seems as if Grey's might be on the same course.

I never liked Denny from the start. He always bugged me.

I hated it when the killed Denny off. I wish he were alive for real! As a counselor, I say that Izzie is having guilt and not being able to let go. It was a love that never was grown out of the hospital setting. I think with a little counseling (lol) she would be just fine. Maybe this storyline is going to bring something out in her past that she has not dealt with? Like the daughter she gave up....? Two real loves lost that she can't get back.

From what I can tell from next weeks show, it looks like the interns are going to do surgery on each other. Little Grey stated that he really did not need his appendix (or something to that effect). I bet that the kill, or, almost kill one of the interns to practice surgery.
