I have no knowledge at all of Wayne Co., but I put faith in Larkey's playoff experience...Harlan Co. 30, Wayne Co. 21.

How did Somerset beat Wayne County 41-6? Was someone out for Wayne Count, or should I say someone(s)?

I pretty sure I read somewhere that Wayne Co. RB was out or not 100% during that game.

:lol: I doubt this will make it any better then, but the stats don't lie. These two teams are pretty even sitting at 7-3.

 

Wayne County averages 33 ppg while giving up 25 ppg.

Harlan County averages 36 ppg while giving up 24 ppg.

I have to agree with 3wishes, according to the stats, these two teams are pretty even.

I still think the bears will come out with a win. They are going to have to play a FULL 4 quarters of football though. Let's go Bears!!

They have a very good RB and a very good QB.

Harlan County has 4 pretty good running backs, a QB that can make plays on his feet and through the air, and oh yeah...Cody Ison...who like Gilliam is a difference maker.

 

I see this game a lot like the one vs. Middlesboro....IF HC can contain the run to the inside while getting pressure in the QB, they roll. One thing I'm for certian, there are some kids from Harlan that want to go to Breathitt and redeem themselves.:thumb:

They mix it up well and He can put it on the money when he needs too. I am very impressed with with throwing the ball. However, he is probably more of a threat running it out of the pistol formation. He isn't far behind the good back they have (as far as running goes) and they work well together!
