North Bullitt earned a number 2 spot and they will be playing a team that would have been a number 1. If teams only get a slap on the wrist then what do they have to lose?

The only mistake the coach made was taking at word his AD's and the JCPS Athletic and Activities Director that the players were eligible.

North Bullitt might be getting a break out of it. They could have faced Western in the second round anyway ... and thanks to the forfeits, Western has to visit them.

I actually believe that the game could have been played next week prior to the playoffs beginning.

 

Since these teams couldn't come up with a date to make up the game, they could have been forced to play maybe Tuesday next week. That way all could have been settled on the field.

 

Forfeits were not the only penalties imposed in this case according to reports I have heard.
