One of the seniors is bringing his wii over to play games since the weather is getting colder. Some of the boys won't want to be outside playing corn hole. Corn hole and wii.......just don't sound right.:creepy:

1 angel food cake

2 cups confectionery sugar

4 egg yolks

2 bars of philadelphia cream cheese

6 crushed Butterfinger bars

 

Mix in a bowl, the eggs, sugar, egg yolks and cream cheese.

 

tear up 1/2 of the cake into pieces in an 11 x 15 dish and pour 1/2 of the mixture on the pieces. Sprinkle 3 of the candy bars onto this and then repeat layers with the remaining ingredients. Refridgerate.

 

***For best results, sit overnight in the fridge.

Cathy has outdone herself for tonight. Mounds cake is just what it sounds like, chocolate cake with a mixture of melted marshmallows, coconut and (?) covering the cake and then melted chocolate coated over the entire thing to harden. WOW! I wish I was getting to eat this tonight.....oh yeah, I get to eat with the boys!!!!

 

We were going to have filets tonight, but we couldn't get enough, so we settled for round steak. Man, it smells good in the marinate!

 

If it sounds like I'm bragging, well, heck yeah, Cathy is an awesome cook!!!! Too bad we didn't have someone like her when I played......on second thought, I'd never played if I could eat like this! Hahaha
