JMO but I would think that considering the guys past and circumstances on returning that he would be smart enough to stay away from anything that may get him into that kind of situation.

He imo should have the common sense and self control to walk away, then again look at who we are talking about and his history.,,,,,,,(you just can't fix stupid)
