That was a mistake. I thought I put Elliott Co. in there. Here is my edited top 10:

I was thinking I had Elliott Co. in there. That would put North Hardin out. I believe that North Hardin, Male, Eastern, Franklin Co, Warren Central, Christian Co, Adair Co, and my dark horse, Tates Creek are in the next level of teams.

I am getting conflicted reports from people on Dunbar. For some reason I thought their coach said they would have 3 or 4 starters returning this year but on the other hand I thought that Webb, Webb, and couple of other key players were seniors last year. Anyone know who else they have back besides Hudson?

 

Also, who is back for N. Hardin? Is football star Larod King a b-ball player?

In my opinion, they lost their three really good players...not taking anything away from Hudson or Tyler Rogers. And it is the ones that you mention. I don't remember all of the names either, but the two small guards and the number 33 who I believe was one of the Webbs.

Like Gold Sunrise I think this is a solid list. My 10-15 teams would include Shelby Valley, Mason County, Tates Creek, Bardstown, and Christian County in no particular order. 16-20 would include Warren Central, Male, Eastern, Corbin, PRP, South Laurel, and Franklin County in no particular order. What about Calloway County in Region 1?? 6'5" Williams and 6'7" Soloman are good players who some of us in Central and Eastern Kentucky don't know much about. Madisonville lost everybody except Hood and will not be Top 20. What about Hopkins County Central with the two big guys 6'8"?? Taylor County and Adair County in the 5th could be in the 20-25 rating along with Boone County (9th) and Seneca (7th) in the 20-25 range. Will Covington Catholic be a Top 25 team?? What about Madison Central??

BG Elite--Is Fairdale that good?? You certainly know the Jefferson County schools better than many of us including myself. What about PRP?? Any other potential Top 25 team from the 6th region??

Fairdale IS that good. They have senior leadership at the point in Mack, a talented scorer in Morris, and Stroud is one of the top young players in Louisville and they have a super coach in Longacre who has led Fairdale to Rupp two years ago. They are the favorites to win the 6th region which is still one of the top five regions in the state. PRP loses a ton of talent including Delph, Decker, and big Al Murray, but look solid during the summer. Coach Marbrey has won over 700 games and will find a way to win. Iroquois is a top team and is picked 2nd in the region. They have some outstanding guards and the top player in the region with Donovan Gibbs. Iroquois and Fairdale both can hold a spot in the top 20 now and Central and PRP could find their place their again too. And you cannot count out DeSales either. They lose Mullaney and Cutsinger, but they always seem to be playing on Saturday for the regional title.

You have no mention of Dunbar in the tp 25. Dunbar is a very good team. I believe they are easily a top 10 team.

Dunbar, Catholic, Madison Central, and Franklin are all right there together in the 10-15 or so range in the state. I actually think Dunbar could be the best of the 4. They sure impressed me with their game in the region tournament last year agaisnt Station. Station and Tates Creek could also be top 25 teams this year.
