In fact, after looking at them, I think I'd have to go with HC's schedule as the tougher one.

Holy Cross Schedule

8/29/2008 6:00 PM @ South Laurel L 49-35

9/6/2008 1:30 PM Holmes L 33-7

9/13/2008 7:00 PM Cooper W 55-0

9/27/2008 1:30 PM Newport Catholic L 23-7

10/3/2008 7:30 PM @ Ryle L 34-21

Lloyd's Schedule

8/29/2008 9:00 PM @ Central Hardin L 24-0

9/5/2008 7:00 PM Beechwood L 34-12

9/19/2008 7:30 PM @ Lexington Christian L 36-29

9/26/2008 7:00 PM @ Newport W 27-13

10/3/2008 7:00 PM @ Dayton W 27-6

Both of these are tough schedules, no doubt.

This will be a good fight but the Win will go to the Juggs!

Lloyd 21

HC 10

With that said Lloyd's coaching staff will need to adjust their play calling to fit #14 QB McGuire. He is a very good QB and has the knowledge to lead the Juggs to VICTORY! But the question will be can the coach change the play calling to fit the new QB.

I agree. Dylan is a different style QB then Brendon. Dylan was the QB when his freshmen class were 9-1 with wins over New Cath, Newport and Beechwood.

With quality wins like that it shows he has the skills to lead this team as well.

Go Juggs!

Newport and Dayton are deffinately harder than NCC and Ryle. Without a doubt!

I would guess based on that statement that Cooper and Holmes would compare to Lex Christian and Beechwood correct? Heck they were only in the state finals last year.

Okay...and Markel was the QB when Holy Cross freshman went UNDEFEATED with wins against New Cath, Newport and Beechwood.

I'm sorry, but until Lloyd gets Bellevue, Dayton, and Ludlow off of their schedule they will never have as tough of one as HC.

Agree. Plus pretty sure 4 tough teams(Ryle,Holmes,South Laurel, and NCC) compared to Lloyd 2 tough teams (Beechwood and LCA) makes HC have the tougher schedule.:flame:

Lloyd has just as tough schedule as HC year in year out, maybe this year HC's might just be a little stronger but not that much. So on that, lets get back to the real topic, the game. I keep hearing that HC's running game is alot stronger than they get credit for. Hey all you HC fans, Jugg fans are going to be tailgating and cooking some food and playing some corn hole. Feel free to come early and grag something to eat. See ya there.

I agree lets get back on the topic, but I still don't see how you can say that when I laid out the facts with them playing three subpar at best 1a teams but I guess we'll agree to disagree.

Seriouly the first 3 games for Lloyd is enough to make my point. Central Hardin a huge 6a school but if that doesn't convince you how about the 2 teams that played in Louisville for the 1a championship last year! The only reason HC schedule looks hard is because of NCC which is a district game so they have to play them. Lloyd's none district games are way harder than HC's.:ylsuper:
