I would say that USC ony dropping 8 spots was due to several other top teams losing this weekend as well. JMO

I thought UK might crack the top 25 this week, but that would make 7 SEC teams in the poll. A win next week will probably put them in the top 15.:ylsuper::ylsuper: Go CATS!!!

Somehow I just don't think that U.K. will get the win this week. I would love to see it:ylsuper: but ................Nope.

You are imo corect though, should the Cats beat Bama then I would certainly thinik they would be rated.

I remember the LSU fans at Keeneland last season having that same attitude. They were having a grand 'ole time that day - but things changed a little that night.

:thumb: Like I said, I certainly hope so. I just don't think it will happen, this U.K. team imo is not close to as good as last seasons team.

GO BIG BLUE!!!!!

This Alabama team is better then that LSU team and this UK team isn't half as good as last year. UK caught LSU napping last year and played their hearts out to get the win. I am not saying UK can't beat Alabama but I would say it will take a miracle.

For one thing, I'm not ready to say that Alabama is better than the national champions from last season. They have only played 5 games. Also, I don't think its fair to say that UK caught LSU napping. The UK defense this year is twice as good as any UK defense in the last 5 seasons. The offense is nowhere near last season, but this is still a quality football team.

Your basing that on wins against UofL and two D1AA teams and bad Middle Tennesse team that they did not look that impressive against. Explain to me how you arrived that this defense is twice as good as last years? We will find out how good they are Saturday.

WKU is a Div. 1 team now. Middle Tennessee beat Maryland at Maryland the week before UK, and Louisville seems to be putting up some pretty good numbers against decent teams right now. It is obvious UKs defense is vastly improved, but that that does not make them an elite defense in the SEC just yet. We will find out next week if our defense is that much better than years before. I won't say we win, but Alabama will not put up that many points against us IMO.

As much as I dislike them, it sure is crazy to see Duke get votes for FOOTBALL top 25 lol.
