The official should blow the whistle and declare the ball dead at that spot. The player is not down by contact, he is down by rule."

September 26, 200817 yr Exactly. However, I am sure the OSU faithful will have a few good excuses if Oregon State can pull the stunner. This has nothing to do with Ohio State, USC is just getting taken to the woodshed! Proves that any team can get beat any given night!
