Personally I'd like to see Russell throw on first down once or twice a game. First down last week all 11 defenders were less than 5yds off the line of scrimmage. When down and distance changed, the DB's started to give some cushion. Just a thought.

Oh, I have a feeling that the tone will be of less volume. If nothing else the squelch knob was turned to a degree. FWIW, I don't think anything is gained before or after. However, it's no secret who does or doesn't get their helping of crow. That's the beauty of this site and of a local rivalry.

 

As for the bolded, I suppose reality is what you perceive. IMO, some perceived things as they typed them before the game. I suppose many are gathering their thoughts to compose their readjusted version of "realism" before they continue posting.:thumb:
