Are we in a time warp?

Seems like it. It didn't pass the smell test in 2001, 2002, but she's running it up the pole again.

It would really save some debunking time if those who are going to level unfounded allegations against Palin would please post the portion of the article cited (when so much as a link is provided), which they believe supports their accusation.

Exactly what did Palin say to indicate that she believes Iraq was responsible for the 9/11 attacks?

Since you want someone to do the work for you.

FORT WAINWRIGHT, Alaska, Sept. 11 -- Gov. Sarah Palin linked the war in Iraq with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, telling an Iraq-bound brigade of soldiers that included her son that they would "defend the innocent from the enemies who planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans."

Does your left click not work?

I see the author's statement. Where is Palin's statement that Iraq was behind the 9/11 attacks?

Does Iraq in al Qaeda exist? Is it not affiliated with and supported by Bin Laden and his organization? Will some of the troops being deployed not be fighting terrorists funded and supported by the same groups that support al Qaeda?

Honestly, your candidate is getting hammered in the polls courtesy Sarah Palin and you are reduced to parsing sentences to try to discredit her. It is sad on the one hand but flat out entertaining on the other.

DD you make this stuff too easy...

U.S. forces have been battling with Al Qaeda in Iraq for years now. Here's a quote from a news source you will accept:

http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/meast/09/11/alqaeda.letters/index.html?section=cnn_latest

The caption is, "Letters detail infighting over al Qaeda's Iraq mission."

You do acknowledge that Al Qaeda was involved in the planning, execution and rejoicing of the death of thousands of Americans on 9/11 don't you?

That makes Palin's comments to,"defend the innocent from the enemies who planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans" 100% accurate and appropriate to all but the most jaundiced political hack.

But wait... let me help you with your next big story from the same article. The headline should read, "Palin's Son Humiliated to be Known as Her Son."

You can use the following quote to substantiate yet another bogus sham of a news flash... :thumb:

"Pvt. 1st Class Palin is being sent to Iraq with the Stryker Brigade Combat Team of the 25th Infantry Division. Palin, 19, will be deployed to northern Iraq and will be primarily tasked with protecting and helping transport the deputy commander of his unit, Lt. Col. Michael W. Smith. His position is one of dismounted infantryman.

"He wants to pave his own route in life. He wants to do his own thing," Maj. Chris Hyde said. "He doesn't want to just be known as Governor Palin's son." :scared:  :scared:

And who exactly is my candidate?

The McCain campaign has denied that she is linking Iraq with 9.11.

he shoots, he scores! My response to these types of threads is now located beneath my avatar for all to enjoy.:D

As they should be. They don't want people to think that she is linking Iraq to 9/11.

And who exactly is my candidate?
:lol:Is that a rhetorical question?
:lol:Is that a rhetorical question?

Nope, you seem to know something that I do not about my choice in this election.

And who exactly is my candidate?
Well, it certainly isn't anyone on the Republican side, you've argued for Obama and against McCain in most of the threads, how else are we supposed to take it?
