If you were a four star General and you got orders from W to take your troops to the area and "defend the innocent from enemies that PLANNED and CARRIED OUT and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans", you would head to Iraq ? Thank goodness you are not Generals. The guy that PLANNED those attacks is alive and well in Afganistan, having 7 more years to plan more attacks and build up his followers that are reported to be stronger then they were in 2001.
September 14, 200818 yr Your argument is with Bush. You could question WHY we are in Iraq fighting forces that include Al Qaeda all day long and I would not take any issue. But the fact remains that Al Qaeda is in Iraq and make up part of the forces we are fighting against. You acknowledged that yourself above. It is a given. September 14, 200818 yr :thumb: I do not know much about Barr at this point. Maybe I should do some research on him. I honestly don't want Barr to win (he's kind of a nut ball) and know there isn't a chance is hades he will win. I was mainly using him for none of the above.

I know you are no Obama supporter/Democrat, but from what I have read of your posts, I think that Bob Barr would not fit in with your line of thinking, on issues like welfare, gun control, the environment, and abortion.
