OH, and a special thanks to BF for updating you all! We got cut off when I was talking to him, but, he did a wonderful job in putting it all together!!!

The doctor gave Michael a little bad news today. He is going to have to stay until (at least) Monday. He needs to be on IV antibiotics to clear up some infection. Of course, Michael was, umm..."less than happy" about this. He wanted to leave yesterday! In fact, if they could have wheeled him out of surgery, down to the lobby, out the front door and into his car, that would have been just fine with him. :lol:

 

But things aren't all bad for him. I'm hearing that the only reason he hasn't taken hostages and made his escape is the fact that there is a rather attractive (albeit crazy) woman next to him that has a habit of strolling about the halls...naked. Uh, no--this is not Mrs. PH we're talking about. So, at least there's some quality entertainment to keep him occupied. I told him, that's better than Cinimax; and it's free!

 

Mrs. PH promised to keep us posted as things progress. :thumb:

Mike is getting anxious. He gets out tomorrow. It looks like it will be later in the day, say around 7pm....he is not happy about that, but, he knows that he will be home.

Glad things are going well and he can finally leave, but since he had to stay longer, I guess we are all glad he had some eye candy while he had to wait lol. Hang in there.

When I'm in the hospital, I never get quality entertainment like naked strollers up and down the halls! I'm usually next to somebody screaming or something. :lol:

 

Tell PH we are all so happy he gets to come home tonight! Keep us posted on how he is doing, Mrs.PH.

Thanks all! He is now home and "settled". His surgery site looked great today. The doctor was really happy!! As far as his pressure sores, one is already starting to fill in. It looks like there will be at least one more surgery to clear up the other pressure sore. It will not be for a long while. It is not infected or anything, just the skin is like a fingernail. It is such a small site that the doctor is willing to do this in office, but, it will cause too much pain so, maybe a spinal will be able to be done. STAY TUNED!

I am sorry that I hadn't posted more than the on early one. Mr. PH and you ar still in our prayers here at the Ramblers.

I'm glad everything is going well. Tell him I said hi and hope to get to see the both of you again real soon. I might be down for the basketball tournament around Christmas. Madison Central and Madison Southern are scheduled to be there.
