This will be a closer game than people think, I'll take the Breds by a FG.

I look for Deters to pound it at NCC. I expect him to have a big game. The NCC defense then will have to play more people in the box and as a result Van Sant will have a big time game torching the NCC secondary

I assume you subscribe to the theory that NCC's D will not be as effective as Mooney's?

I am a huge CCH football fan. Given that, CCH does not have the offensive play calling, coaching, scheme, etc. to score enough points to win against the Breds. Superior coaching and game planning will be the difference in this one. NCC wins 24-14.

For the most part? Eh, I'll give you that but not losing a SINGLE game...come on. Every CovCath fan and their moms knew we couldn't compete with a powerhouse in Ohio being Mooney. It didn't sum up to look good from the beginning.

For the most part? Eh, I'll give you that but not losing a SINGLE game...come on. Every CovCath fan and their moms knew we couldn't compete with a powerhouse in Ohio being Mooney. It didn't sum up to look good from the beginning.

 

Mooney is not a powerhouse in Ohio, they are a division 4 team, and lost to Mentor who I saw play the next week and looked like an average high school football team. Mooney was good last year but they lost almost all of their starters. I can understand losing, but with all the "talk and "emphasis" I have heard from Covcath fans this year, you would have thought they could at least give Mooney a game and not a 57-0 blowout. Before the season even started, all I heard from the fans of Covcath was that this years team is really good and would even pull off a win over Highlands. Now that Covcath was embarassed everyone finds an excuse; ( Mooney is too much of a powerhouse for Covcath to compete with). (Coach Brossart didnt have our team prepared). ( They had to drive 4 hours to play the game).:madman:
