Will it be challenged since according to the Constitution he legally can not be President?

It would be worth discussing if you would provide more detail.

Thanks for the link.

Didn't see anything that precludes his eligibility.

He was born from a parent (mother) who was a US citizen.

He was born in the US (Hawaii).

He's spent 14 years of his life in the US borders.

I doubt that there is anything to it but the contention by a large number of conspiracy theorists is that Obama's birth certificate is a fake. Speculation was further fueled by the circulation of a phony birth certificate on the Daily Kos, which was intended to refute the allegations.

Here's my question. If it can be proved by other sources that Obama's mother lived in Hawaii at the time, isn't it logical he was born there?

Then again it's possible that maybe Obama's dad was busy tipping off the Cubans about the Bay of Pigs and plotting to be on a grassy knoll in Dallas a few years later.

There's enough in Obama's ideas to not want to vote for him if people want, I don't know why some (Not you 98 or Aces because you are only telling us what the extremists are saying here) want to invent whole other issues and problems.

I just reported the facts around the conspiracy. I don't buy the theory either and I agree that there are plenty of reasons not to support Obama without questioning his citizenship.

If Obama wins that means those of us that work get to pay more taxes. I can't wait!

Yeah, based on what?

If Obama wins that means those of us that work get to pay more taxes. I can't wait!

Just exactly what does that have to do with this thread topic??? :irked:

Oh yeah and we can pay more in gas, I'm looking forward to that too! I can't wait to start paying more money!

The thread topic is "If Obama wins" that was the first thing that popped in my head.

Look at the history of Democrats and taxes.

The only way you should be worried is if you make a hefty salary, say 250,000 or more. And if that was the case, you shouldn't be too worried about money.

No, that's the title. Read the first post to get the topic. That's what the . . . is for.
