Pulley Dismissed From Team

I agree with you. While it hurts to lose someone of his athletic ability, he wasnt a proven player and wasnt a major cog in the offense

The real major factor here is if Hartline is a dud....if he does well, this is a non-issue...

The loss of Pulley makes me a little sad but it isn't like UK lost Lindley or Jarmon or one of our top proven players. This lets us move on with developing Hartline and giving more reps to Randall Cobb who is going to be a star soon whether at QB or WR.

Randall Cobb a "star" at quarterback????????

Randall Cobb a "star" at quarterback????????

I think Cobb has what it takes to be a QB at the High D-1 Level. His video clips on Rivals are very impressive and his arm strength appears to be much stronger than I anticipated. Being a true freshman would obiviously hurt his chances this year at QB, but the kid is capable

I fully expect Hartline to take the job and run with it, but if not Cobb would be my next choice...Sure there would be growing pains this season but with him umder center the next few years would be exciting.

Cobb is a stud and will be a star at UK, whether it be WR or QB.

Aaron Boyd has been diagnosed with mono and will be out 4-6 weeks.

This might lead to a RS for Boyd...
