All in all, I couldn't see it set up any other way...I think Ballard will end the season higher.

I absolutly had no input in these rankings. As most folks know that have been around a few years, rankings are mostly based on previous performance ( a little credit to returning starters etc. ). Having said that and the recent track record that Rocks bring to the table, HOW in anyones world can the Rocks not be No. 1??? Just dont understand it... only can say it is staged to sell more BGP memberships etc. LOL.... As for the Tigers, it is a nice honor, wont get you a cup of coffee or anything like that... We all know the final ranking is the TRUE Ranking... Same ole same ole. Male, Manual and St.X make up the most difficult DISTRICT in the state. Maybe playing a weaker schedule does pay dividens in high school football....

Usually a weekly top 10 for all classes.

Never said anything about a "hardest" schedule. Some teams play a "softer" schedule, no big deal. One should not feel slighted or upset for the schedule they play.

Neer is correct, we will do a weekly top ten for all six classes each week of the regular season.

I understand North Hardin has a new Coach, but can't figure how they are a top ten team yet. I know they have the talent to be.

 

 

I agree with Buckett I dont think they deserve this type of ranking since going a combined 14-19 over the past three years but I think the talent has been there and is there this year but it is way too early to tell. However with being in a region with St. X, Male, Manuel, and PRP not to mention the district they will be hard pressed to finish the season in the top ten. But with a little luck and some hard work who knows. I wish the coaches and players nothing but luck on bringing a once proud program back into some respectability. Regular season games versus 5A #3 and 4 not to mention Shelby County and Warren Central we will see pretty quick what this team has. Then add on the district and late games versus PRP who knows.

Did they have the talent to be the past 9 years Bucket?? Or just this year

OK, I may be a little slow here, but exactly where can I find these rankings? I have looked all over BGP but can't seem to find them. Am I just having a senior moment here? :confused:

Most controversial rankings besides 3A. Your thoughts?

Well it looks like BGP is not alone with St. X. on top. ESPN has just turned loose the same "Elephant in the room". Obviously out of respect, they waited to review the BGP results before publishing their own. :lol: :thumb: :lol:
