August 1, 200818 yr Ok so last night was a blast. We had a great view considering how packed it was. he put on a great performance. But the downer of the night was that FF gave me his $120 Oakleys to hold.....and well I lost them. I was crying I was so upset. I had them on my shirt, and our friend was walking in front of me in a huge crowd, she lost her show, so nice me leans over to fight the feet and find it. And by the time we got to our destination he realized neither one of us had his glasses. Thats the only thing we could both think of. I was sick over it b/c I had picked for 6 months, you don't need expensive glasses you will just lose them....And look who loses them. UGH. Other than that it was great.
August 1, 200818 yr Author From what I remeber the show was great! Kenny always puts on a great show. Back Where I Come From again was spectacular. The place went nuts when they showed PBS and Skyline Chili and others. And I love David Allan Coe

Grabbed by boys last night and sang Back Where I Come From like I was in a church, lol...so I didn't even see the big screens with the pictures. I was getting worried he might not sing it and then he did almost at the end. It was definitely spectacular.

One of the famous faces belonged to none other than the father of the Nashville beach bum sound, Jimmy Buffett. So if Chesney has earned Buffett’s endorsement, why should anybody care if the younger fellow is ripping off the old guy’s act? The crowd assembled at Riverbend certainly didn’t. The show was just as sold out and just as booze-fueled as Buffett’s appearance earlier this month. There even seemed to be more beach balls bouncing around the pavilion at Kenny’s show than at Jimmy’s. Still, there’s something that feels secondhand and plotted about Chesney’s tropical persona, even if his music is of a more muscular pop-country style than Buffett’s country-calypso fusion. August 2, 200818 yr That review sounded like it could have been written by Jim Shue. While I didn't attend last night I have been to 3 Chesney shows and each one was a complete blast.

DAC also claims he lives in Reading, OH.

Or have a hookup at the beer booth like I normally do. :banana: I caught KC 3 yrs ago and it was great. My wife and I went and she kept slapping the back of my head due to constant rubber necking. LOL Im sure its still the same way for you dudes.
