5wide
Man, somebody get me some of what this guy is drinking...Post of the Year.   Didn't you post the same thing last year when some people "ridiculously":D predicted that UK would beat U of L? :sssh: All I'm saying is...you never know. strongopenyon
Hartline can pass, and they have the receivers to do it. Six wins is not a stretch. This is a different UK football program. Yikes!
strongopenyon
I said it before and i'll say it again 8-4. Also we will be 6-1 heading to Florida. Too many Big Blue Martinis?
strongopenyon
Better at every position on defense and will be the best UK defense since the 1970's, big strong DL's & DE's,great cover corner, very solid at LB & SS, 2nd year for the DC,the kicking game is back in tact and will be better, the offensive line will be big, good & experienced, a stable of good running backs, 2 very capable and different QB's one a threat to run the other is 6-6 with a good arm, some good, tall, talented tight ends, improved special teams and depth, and some good young talent at WR like Cobb,Fields,Boyd, to back up Lyons,Lanxter,& Ford. This team will be better than last year and has better depth. A little overly optimistic, maybe?
strongopenyon
Great run-down. But I firmly disagree with calling 8-4 a "safe" pick. I don't think the Cats or Cards can consider 8-4 easily attainable. Pretty accurate at the halfway point.
strongopenyon
The previous four posts where made in late July. Anybody care to re-evaluate?
