The whole point of this thread is , You cant keep running the B.S. slogan "fair and balanced", if the whitehouse is telling what to say. You can say that MSNBC, CNN, etc are liberal bias, but they are not running around claiming to be neutral and then we find out they are W's puppet.

Do any of you guys watch Lou Dobbs or Glen Beck. How in the world can you say that CNN is a liberal outlet. I have to turn both of those guys off to keep from throwing stuff at the TV. I think Papa Bear and Sean may be more progressive than those too.

 

I see no progressives on FOX unless they are sitting in a panel. And Juan Williams is certainly no friend of Obama.

I don't like him. I do listen to Sean Hannity on the drive home from work. I can take his dislike for Senator Obama. It just seems to me it is the same stuff over and over again.

Alan Combs is weak, and that is why Hanity will do the show. Put Ed Shultz on that show and let the fun begin, Ed has challenged Hanity to a debate for 5 years and he wont do it.

He is on the jones radio network and sirius left, 1340 in Ashland carries him. He is actually beating Hanity in alot of markets in the U.S., in the 3:00 time slot.

He's not on in Louisville. I don't listen to Hanity I prefer Michael Medved.

Which markets? Hannity gets on my nerves but I have listened to Shultz and he is certainly no threat to Rush or Hannity in the ratings game. I was glad to see Rush sign a new $400 million deal to ensure that he will continue to be a thorn in liberals' side for a few more years.

 

Shultz is the best liberal talker that I have heard. Colmes's show is horrible, IMO.

The radio trade magazine Talkers has released its annual "Heavy Hundred" list of the top talk hosts, and probably the easiest two selections were No. 1 and No. 2: Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.

 

Limbaugh and Hannity, who are also the country's two most popular talk hosts, run back-to-back daily, noon-3 p.m. and 3-6 p.m. respectively, on their flagship station WABC (770 AM).

 

WABC also carries Talkers' No. 6 host, Laura Ingraham, and its No. 7 host, morning man Imus.

 

Coming in at No. 3 is the hot Michael Savage, heard locally on WOR (710 AM), followed at No. 4 by Dr. Laura Schlessinger, who is heard on WMCA (570 AM) and WWDJ (970 AM).

 

The rest of the top 10 are not currently on major stations around here: Glenn Beck at No. 5, Ed Schultz at No. 8, Mike Gallagher at No. 9 and Neal Boortz at No. 10.

 

Schultz is the only progressive in the top 10. Gallagher is the former morning cohost on WABC.

My favorite is Laura Ingraham. I think that she would do great with her own TV show. I like Medved, too, but I do not listen to him very often because of his time slot here.
