Very well put Red Rambler. Sometimes I let the "other " side of me get the better sometimes. Michael Moore does make me ill when I hear him talk and see him doing some of the things he does. If he is trying to get guns and bullets out of the hands of our kids then that is a positive for him I did not know. I have learned something here today. That is why I asked. Maybe I don't see the whole picture all of the time. Some very good points.

I hope all notice I did not put hate as an option. Hate is such a powerful destructive word. I, and anyone who knows me well would tell you, I do not hate anyone. I may dislike someones actions or conduct but to say that I hate them would be wrong. One of my co-workers and a poster on BGP "CURTIS LOWE" could tell you a lot about my life. He knows me pretty well. I love life and I love people. I usually never meet a stranger and I like that. Maybe if I could meet Michael and have a heart to heart talk with him I may see him in a different light. Maybe.

Nice post NINERS......:thumb:

Roger and Me, Dude, Where's My Country? and Bowling for Columbine were all great. They each spotlight important issues and ask important questions. I agree he's become a bit over the top; but I think most who dislike him are just toeing the party line.

A bit of an understatement.

Moore makes a comfortable living selling tickets to propaganda flicks. Lies and distortions have plagued ALL of Michael Moore's productions. The smartest thing that Moore could do would be to produce a real documentary and hope that it might bestow some legitimacy on his previous work. Of course, Moore's target audience would be disappointed if he decided to go straight.

I would almost bet that Moore doesn't even believe a lot of what he puts in his films and books. But, he knows that by making things more outlandish and making his statements often times full of poop, he will sell more tickets, movies, and books. I am willing to bet that most of what he puts his productions are things that he really doesn't even whole heartedly believe...just a way for him to make more money.

With that being said... I concur with the mean things people say about him on here, lol.

^ I have to disagree with you in a way here, I think that Moore does believe what he is putting out. He imo is actually that twisted, sick mind and liar that he has convinced himself and sadly alot of his twisted friends and fans that his load of crap is the truth.

So you judge people based on the size of their bank accounts? Having money doesn't make you any better or worse then anyone else. Besides, the way fast food prices are increasing he better have a big bank account.

I don't judge anyone.. but when im at the Reds game and people are bashing the left field making 10 million a year, for something completely unrelated to the game I find it funny. When he lives in a million dollar house and drives hundred thousand dollar cars and we all work 9-5. People can bash Moore all they want.. everyone is entitled to an opinion but I highly doubt he cares. The more PR the more $$$ for him anyway. I am sure he laughs it all the way to bank.
