July 15, 200818 yr Could that be because kids don't have programs like this anymore? Kids need to be taught about how to respect guns and not fear them. They need to have a positive image of them instead of a negative one. Programs like this can be very helpful. I think our society is so much more unstable right now. To my knowledge, we have never had programs in my area where churches gave away guns to teenagers.

These kids are learning some valuable lessons if you ask me. I wish other churches and organizations would take such an initiative.

Some things I'm just don't like being offered as prizes targeted to teens. 20 and over I would have less of a problem. I'm a cautious person.
