June 16, 200818 yr Author I think Doc benches Rondo, so Kobe can't be free to double team. Probably exactly why Rondo didn't play as much. Kobe couldn't sag off and crowd the lane with Rondo not being in the game.

June 16, 200818 yr The officiating was really sketchy in the 4th....almost as if the NBA wanted this back in Boston...Kobe seems to disappear for long periods of times during games...I think this one ends Tuesday night. I didn't get to watch the game, but on the back tip Bryant had on Pierce, that was definitly a foul. He never eve touched the ball, just his arm. But at the same time it looked to be at a tough angle for the referee to see.

It happened so fast that it would have been tough to call.

June 16, 200818 yr Not even close to a foul. I seen it on replay in slow motion 3 times. He didn't even touch the ball and he definitly hit his arm. Like I said thats a tough call to make and the ref didn't have an angle on it. But definitly a foul.
