DragonFire
A ninth inning lead and a blown save and a blown game. Just another day in the life of the Braves post 2005.
SvFan4life
They want younger pitchers for next year. But if they need a #3 or #4 for this year, I think they'll make a move for a Maddux, Millwood, or even Livan Hernandez to plug the hole and address a younger rotation in the offseason. No they won't. They will in no way trade for Livan Hernandez. Blanton, Cabrera, Harden, Arroryo. Those are the names the Braves are currently considering.. Ball game over...A coulda-woulda-shoulda game for the Braves.

It's crazy what he is doing right now and he hasn't even hit his "hot months" historically.

Les
Nope. I didn't. He received only his second curtain call ever as a Brave. I love Chipper, but he still isn't the MURPH.

DragonFire
Both Hudson and Moyer are pitching gems thus far, with Hudson giving up three hits and Moyer giving up two. Unfortunately for the Braves and Hudson, one of those hits was a triple in the first inning that scored on a groundout. Chipper Jones has both hits for the Braves, and is 2/3 on the game thus far. His average at this moment is back up to .421.
DragonFire
Well as soon as I post about Chipper having the only hits for Atlanta, Texiera ropes a single.
