I stopped cold turkey in January and I bet I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. My face looked slimmer and I felt about 10 times better.

I drink a soda occasionally. Usually if I'm out eating at a restaurant or if I'm in Rockcastle and I have no bottled water. The water out of the faucet there is nasty. I gotta have either bottled water or jugs of water from wal mart.
