May 19, 200818 yr Saw Sugarland and Taylor Swift. Not much of a country fan anyway, but I wasn't overly impressed with either performance.

I don't think any of them were bad... As for me I was looking for more COUNTRY music. Some are very talented but they in no way are country. Just one example was T. Swift last night, she has put out some decent country songs but that one she did last night did not resemble country music, was terrible. Same with LeeAnn Rimes...amazing voice and talent but her music now I do not consider country music. I think that some are in country music bc that imo s by far the most popular form of music right now. I don't know that for sure as far as any numbers on it but is jmo.

May 20, 200818 yr So did you not like the song because you didn't like the song or because you don't define it as country music? Honestly a little of both, mostly bc I do not define a lot of what is considered country music today as "country" music, a lot of it is nothing but pop or rock.
