We'll see if he employs the same system. I worked with Coach Stepp for a short time at Berea and we ran a veer option attack (talk about polar opposites!). The Pirates, under Stepp, ran the ball 80% of the time and made the playoffs a few times.

 

I think he will try to be balanced, but the talent will dictate the balance within the system.

sounds like he runs an offense that compliments his players and their abilities. With that Harrison county has been able to pick a guy that is fundamentally sound on the offensive game:thumb:, but what defense will they run? I heard once that those may win a title or something.

When he was at Berea I think that was the best they had ever been. He's pretty good at adjusting to his talent.
