There is a good chance you are right on that, I have not disputed that someone will not pay him that. I am just saying for a team we have here, it's just not worth it, that money would be better spent on younger players with bright futures like Volquez, Jay, Joey, and others.

Sometimes I just have to shake my head, and just laugh at some of the things you say. What were his numbers up to then? Of course Adam Dunn had nothing to do with them being only 3 games back on August 1st did he? Of course A-Rod is useless to the Yankees also isn't he because when it comes playoff time he just disappears.

My thought's have stayed the same, I have just expanded on the Adam Dunn as a player aspect. I still think he needs to go before the end of the year, or at the very least end of this year, that does not mean he isn't a good player. If you could take a general point of view, and not just someone trying to catch me in an arguement blunder, you could see that. Because when you have made a good point or someone else in your corner, I have given the props deserved.

That is a very big grey area right there, and the reason we are all sitting at home and Walt is making the decsions. Which ever way he chooses to go the the Adam Dunn contract gives a good indication for the next few years.
