Bottom line... Its completely up in the air. THAT'S WHY YOU PLAY THE GAME. I think people will agree that the 10th is having an unusual "down" year as far as having 4 or 5 decently strong teams. From everything i've heard every team has been somewhat streaky in many areas of the game. Sounds like there is no clear frontrunner or runners like there was last year. Everyone is very very beatable.

The best way to solve this is bring your Juggs gun. I have seen him pitch every game and only Coffman, Woodruff from Campbell and Robbie Ross from Lexington Christian have thrown the ball harder than him.

Adams and Adkins from Scott also throw harder than him as well, probably add in Brian Fite and Nick Hiller too

I believe that I was referring to only the games that Campbell County has played. I also know there are probably 100-200 kids that throw the ball harder than him. I was at the Scott game and I can tell you that he does throw the ball harder than Adkins. If you watch him pitch he changes speeds and does not throw as hard as he can on every pitch. Webb, Maronde, Ross are the only pitchers in the state who consistently throw in the high 80,s and low 90,s. That said I cant believe you cant give the kid his props on his era and games won. He is only a Junior. By the way the kid from Dixie throws harder than anyone in NKY.

Anybody can be beat on any given day. As did the breds did tonight at Bishop Brossart. When tournament time rolls around anything can happen. We'll see what happens come next week when district (held at Pendleton) starts. :thumb:

Well camel fan 81 I believe if you check out the thread of Harrison losing last night, you will see that somebody actually sees what I see when it comes to the thorobreds and how they play. Just wait until the regional tournament it will be fun. :thumb:

Harrison still has to be considered the favorite or co-favorite going into the Regional. However, they are proving that they are beatable and by several different teams. I will still take my chances with this team and Coach Whitaker going into the Tournament and go on record as saying that Harrison County is the team to beat in the 10th Region this year.

I agree. especially since the tourney is played on their field. They have proven that they are beatable as of late. Should be a great tourney...there are several teams that could bring home the trophy.

I am a Camel fan and I would certainly like for them to win but if they dont I hope whoever does represents the 10th region well in the state toournament.

The 10th region just doesnt seem to garner any respect in NKY and I dont understand it. So this is to whoever wins. Good Luck and please represent the 10th proudly.:ylsuper:

I was at the game and standing behind home plate and if anyone was throwing 80mph or more it was Woodruff. Please explain why the scout was talking to the Campbell coaches.

He was an assistant coach for Campbell a few years ago and I can assure you that he was there looking at Adkins. He might of liked what Woody had but he was for sure looking at Adkins.
