May 1, 200818 yr I too heard that Umaga is going to get a babyface push since he went over so well when he demolished the fake Clinton and Obama wrestlers. BTW, spoiler alert*** Undertaker lost the belt at last nights ECW/Smackdown tapings. For those who don't know, ECW is now taped an hour before you see it on SciFi and Smackdown is taped immediately afterwards in the same arena, they just wait to play it on Fridays and pretend that they didn't tape it earlier. Reports from this weeks Smackdown tapings said that Vickie Geurrero came out and declared Undertaker's new submission move illegal and stripped him of the title. Edge walked out with it at the end of Smackdown. I know this is just the storyline, but 'Taker doesn't deserve having the belt taken away. As for HBK, I know that he has had a lot of problems with his knees over the years, so he may have been faking the knee injury at Backlash just for the match, but he honestly might have had sore knees on Raw. IDK, we'll see if it's part of the storyline or not. He didnt lose his belt, it was stolen from him.. HBK is not hurt, he was faking all the way.
May 1, 200818 yr -Umaga had better improve his mic skills if the WWE plans to make him a babyface. -Taker having the belt stolen from him is building towards a Ladder Match @ Judgment Day against Edge. -I see Jericho turning heel soon.
May 1, 200818 yr Undertaker has had the belt many times and never keeps it for very long. He is better chasing the belt than having the belt. Plus it puts Edge over. HBK, who knows, unless he is off then the injury is not that serious or at all. Umaga and the baby push has been coming for sometime. They have tested it a few times and people want to cheer him. This is the first character that Umaga has had on Raw. His brothers have had other characters and never worked out. If he has a good work ethic then he would be the first from that family to have one.

I liked him better as Ekmo when he was with Heartland Wrestling. He and Kimo (Rosie) were the island boys.

I really don't see Edge going over Taker @ Judgement Day. For one, Taker was to have a long run with the title before he tore his bicep, so that title reign was cut short, so, I see this being his long/last run with the title. Second, Edge is already over....waaaay over. He doesn't need a rub from Taker to put him over. I think the Taker/Edge program is going to be very entertaining and there could be a possible title switch between the 2, but I doubt it will be @ Judgment Day.

One thing is for sure Taker will do what ever is best for the company. I would like him to have a good long/last run with the belt. He deserves it for all he has done there. I think he is one of the best ever. I know Edge is over but it never hurts to be put over by the dead man again. It is a good feud.
May 1, 200818 yr Well then stop watching. He gets cheered big time by fans everywhere and has a good character. They will change his image a little bit and let him speak normal but he will become a big guy for the title. I disagree. Although I don't keep up with the WWE as much as I used to, to me, Umaga is displayed a being more of a "filler" character rather than a major influence within the organization.
May 1, 200818 yr Well in other news, Santino was arrested this morning for DUI. There is a shocker. I hate that, I liked his charcter. He was funny.
May 1, 200818 yr There is a shocker. I hate that, I liked his charcter. He was funny. He is great on the mic, which is something the company needs. Him, Jericho, and Kennedy are some of the best on the mic in the WWE right now.

Although I don't keep up with the WWE as much as I used to, to me, Umaga is displayed a being more of a "filler" character rather than a major influence within the organization. I agree with that as of right now, meaning I think in the future he could be a bigger character. But right now it seems as if they are just like, "Well, we need someone to go out and squash Super Crazy again.......Umaga...get out there." WWE just keeps messing with his character, one day he'll be this unstoppable beast, and then the next he's getting beat by JBL or Triple H. If they want him to be a Goldberg-style, unstoppable machine that they try to make him out to be, then they need to give him a run getting put over by the big stars. Umaga squashing low-level and mid-card talent isn't that impressive IMO. But if he ever wants to be a bigger name they need to let him speak. Just look at The Rock, he lit up the microphone and that made him a star. Stone Cold would have been nothing if it hadn't been for his beer drinking and catch-phrases.

Don't you dare leave out "The Stunner" either!
May 1, 200818 yr The mic is the most important part of it now. That is why I think Kennedy might make a splash. He reminds me of Austin Idol.

I thought it was Michaels who was supposed to turn heel? Jericho is like HHH, he can be heel or babyface and the crowd is going to still love him.
May 2, 200818 yr What are these guys doing these days? Any chance Vince could bring back an "alumni" series? He should!!! They were much more interesting than the guys on TV today. -Bret the Hitman -Rock -Goldberg -Stone Cold -Razor Ramon -Diesel -Macho Man -1-2-3 kid
