This was probably a definite bad shooting night for Setty. However it also brings up the question just how much did he benefit from all those open looks while everyone was keying on Miller so much? Or how much did he benefit from Millers passing ability & unselfishness. You will not find to many Mr. Basketballs giving up so many shots to open teammates. I'm sure Setty would have excelled on most any team but how many other quality shooters would have been all-state playing with Miller? Unfortunatley Middleton may find out the hard way next season. Best of lucks to both kids.

 

Exactly what I have said for quite some time. Setty was set up by Miller A LOT.

Setty probably headed down the Mason County pipeline to Pikeville with Jarrod Litzinger after this game.

 

 

Couldn't be more wrong. I overheard his Mom talking at the game about where he might go to school. You are traveling in the wrong direction!

 

Who else besides Litzinger from Mason County plays at Pikeville and why is it called the Mason Co. pipeline? If you are talking about Kelly Wells, the last time I checked you don't have to travel through Hawaii to get from Maysville to Pikeville. If that route has changed, please someone take me traveling down that road.

I think you misread my post. When I said D1-AA I was referring to the small or mid major D1 schools.

Agreed, Miller made everybody on that team so much better. He was constantly doubled and left teammates with wide open shots.
