Where is Arkansas Brewer? For a kid who had a 3 page post on him a few years back, I haven't heard anything about him.

Mitch Shover is one of the most underrated defensive players in the 9th region. He, IMO, can shut down any guard, including Giwa of HC. He should be higher on the list then Giwa. (if there is any list at all)

Rumor has it that Allan "Chuck Wagon" Smith is playing basketball next year.

 

I have played with Chuck Wagon before in a couple of pick up games and he is a very good post up player. He can also dunk it with ease. If he plays for Beechwood next year, then thats a big upgrade for them.:banana:

Discipline is alway a factor with these teams. I don't know what happened to Arkansas Brewer or James Conrad, but some transfer to Holmes.

I agree. I was impressed with Shover the few times I saw him this year. I think Giwa may be more athletic but Shover is a better fundamental and defensive player. Shover also has a better shot IMO.

A better shot is a bit of an understatement, but Giwa has very quick hands and is a good defender.
