If it was humanly possible to talk Perry Yates into taking this position the Devils could be back on top in 2 years IMO

I don't know Mr. Yates, but I am sure Coach Kidwell will do a great job. By the way who is Coach Cassity?

Kidwell deserves this job if he wants it. However, at this point, it's hard to say what's going on. The job has yet to be posted. Wonder if they've already told him the job is his, which is why they are taking their time posting?

 

Cassity was Kidwell's assistant the first couple of years, however he hasn't been on the sideline lately. I think he knows the girls well though, and he may be interested if Merle goes to the boys!

Todd Parsley has been a boy's varsity ast the last 6 years and the JV coach the last 5. He has 2 daughters on the team and is the best person if the job becomes vacant.:thumb:

 

He is also the minister at the Church of God in Ironton, Ohio.

You may be correct in saying that, BUT I do recall a few games in which there were some people sitting on the bench with their arms crossed in an UNmotivating manner. Maybe their hands were tied , so to speak ? I know YOU saw that. And if you think some of the methods used in the boys games will work with this girls team, somebody is in for a rude awakening. If they are not selective in a girls coach there may not be enough left to play. Having experience as a player and helping coach is a major plus, but you better know how to work with kids in general first.:thumb:
