I look for him to open some eyes in the sweet 16.

What year and schools are these kids from?

Ty Edmundson (UHA - senior) - has several new offers including WKU.

Jon Hood (Madisonville - junior) - has offers from several majors and mid majors including UK, UT, and GA.

Jacob Jenkins (Manual - junior) - has offers from majors and mid majors including most recent offer from Wisconsin.

Aaron Cosby (Jeffersontown - sophomore) - has already committed to UMass.

Chad Jackson (Rose Hill - sophomore) - has offers including Xavier and West Virginia.

Henderson does have several offers. He is still waiting to see who comes in the picture after the sweet 16 though to make any final decisions.

Ricardo Johnson is only a sophomore for Holmes. He also has a twin brother that will also be a big D1 prospect by next year. At 6'5 and being a Guard he is already one of the best players in the 9th region. In an AAU article over the summer, he was listed as one of the top 15 prospects to watch for his class in a national tournament that he played in with the Kentucky Patriots.

Rico played for the Kentucky Players.

Do you have any names of any schools on Morris-MC & Setty-Mason, also heard EKU had contacted Portwood earlier but no offer had been made. What do you know about these kids?

What other schools does Jenkins has offers from? It would be hard to beat that offer from Wisconsin

Rico played for the Kentucky Players.

I knew I wasn't right when I said Patriots but I couldn't think of the right team. Thanks.

While Jeremiah is a good player he will need to increase his scoring output to get more looks IMO... But maybe when you have players like the ones he has around him he could score but doesn't have to...

I agree with him needing to increase his scoring production but IMO he won't be recruited as a scoring option in college but rather as a defensive stopper and good rebounding guard who can be a role player in the offense.

JJ will most likely be a small to mid major D1 prospect. Rico will be the big D1 Prospect. I think it's a little too early to predict JJ right now since Holmes was loaded with scorers this year. Next year will give us a better forecast.

What about Mcgraw from Highlands, any word on where he is going or if he has offers?

Mcgraw is probably one of the best talents in KY being passed up. His back problems make him too much of a risk for big programs though since he can't play every night.

I have heard Mcgraw may walk on at UK but that's just a rumor floating around my neck of the woods in Fort Thomas.

I agree... Right now he looks to be playing a 4 spot for Holmes... Looks a lot more like a forward than a guard...

I agree. Ricardo usually plays the 3 and JJ the 4 because Ricardo is the better scorer of the two. It really depends on what position the other team's best player plays though because Henderson guards that player so that changes up the match ups for JJ and Ricardo.

I've seen Henderson play everything but the 5 this year.

What about Michael Sparks?

Who is Michael Sparks? I've never heard of him.

Who is Michael Sparks? I've never heard of him.

He is a 6 foot guard for Tates Creek. I watched him play a lot of AAU ball over the summer. He is an excellent scorer and I heard he signed with some D1 school. I'm going blank on the name of the school. I think it might be VMI??? Can anyone help me out here?

I know who you're talking about now. He is another good player.
