Mason Co. 101 Deming 54 (10th Region, 1st Round)

Featured Replies

Mason Co. runs it out from the start.

Congrats to Darius for moving into 3rd place on scoring list.

Congrats to the Royals on the win and even though Clark Co isn't the same team from last year, it's time for the Royals to get some revenge. :thumb:

Congrats Royals.

Congrats to the Royals for advancing and to Darius for moving into third on the scoring list.

Who are the two scorers ahead of Darius?

Who are the two scorers ahead of Darius?

1. Chris Lofton

2. Ronnie Lyons

Those are the two names I was guessing but I did not know the order.

Congrats to the Royals. :thumb:

Can some one fill me in on these two guys? I'm unfamiliar!

In all seriousness, congratulations to Mr. Miller. Is there any chance he catches either Lyons or Lofton?

Is there a more unselfish player with that much talent in the state than Miller?

Probably not. The amazing thing is, that he still is able to get his 22 points in limited playing time, while all at the same time, being unselfish.

Over in the first quarter, nice tune up win for Mason.

As many predicted, Mason could have named the score in this one. 38-12 after the first quarter, you do the math. Starters probably averaged 12 minutes apiece; came out for good with 5:15 to go in the third and a 50-point lead.

Lots more PT for the second and third squads tonight. Double-digit scoring from Tolle was nice to see, well deserved for the senior sixth man.

And a note to a certain Royals fan; TS' twisting layup was "poetry in motion". Lobbying to get that figure of speech in tomorrow's L-I, but the odds are long.

On to face the Cardinals in the semis!
