Featured Replies

Congrats Royals on advancing,You did a great job taking care business early and putting this away.Congrats Deming on a fine a season.Things was wonderful tonight and Montgomery has run a first rate tourney so far hats off to you guys.Crowd was very small kinda surprised.

Can some one fill me in on these two guys? I'm unfamiliar!

In all seriousness, congratulations to Mr. Miller. Is there any chance he catches either Lyons or Lofton?

Nope, Miller will finish his career third on the boys' list:

1. Chris Lofton, 2763

2. Ronnie Lyons, 2621

3. Darius Miller, 2052 and counting

Congrats to Deming on a winning season! Mason just has too many great players. Waiting to see what Miller can do at U.K next year, hope he will be as successful as Lofton. I think Deming played as well as they could under the circumstances. Anybody have any Deming stats?

Surprising Deming didn't play harder. Who knows, maybe their smarter than St. Pat and Augusta for not having done so.

These last three games(St. Pat,Augusta and Deming) is exactly why Mason doesn't wont to seed in Districts and play these teams in regular season.I know Ive saw that question a lot of times by local people wanting to know why they don't schedules these guys. You see your answer

The big seeding situation was not even a subject worth discussing this year or for any year to come amongst the schools with the exception of one school. In my opinion, this is a subject that has been packed away for good.

IMO, you would have to be a hardcore Mason/Deming fan to be at this game: In Mt.Sterling, split session, 830 tip time?, expected blowout, Uk game on TV, and lots of other good hoops around the state.

Congrats to the Devils on a great season! It's great to see smalls schools still competing in March, unfortunately you had to draw the best team in the region/state for the first round.

Amen Panther91 this is Deming's third in a row don't think thats ever been done before, if not there has only been four players to do so Grause, Curtis, White and Mitchell. Thats something to be proud of.:ylsuper::devil:
